Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming an Authorized Easyriders Dealer.  Please read below, “How to become an EASYRIDERS Dealer”, and follow the steps.  
For end users elsewhere:  We do not sell retail or directly to individuals outside of Japan.  Please contact your local motorcycle dealer.  If they do not carry our products, please ask them to open an account with us.

How to become an EASYRIDERS Dealer

  1. Read our “TERMS & CONDITIONS” carefully.
  2. The filing of the registration must be followed by the steps we establish.
  3. Please take the necessary time to fill in the information accurately to help us process your application in a quick manner.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse an application that is not filled out completely, correctly and/or appropriately.
  5. If deemed necessary, we may ask for additional information or documentation to ascertain that you run a motorcycle business.
  6. We will refuse the application if requested information is not provided or we judge the applicant to be an individual customer.
  7. If you accept these terms, click [ Registration Request ] at the end of this page.
  8. Enter the requested information and click [ submit ].
  9. We will send you back an e-mail with a link to our “DEALER Application Form”.
  10. Download and fill out the form using Adobe Reader. 
    Then print out the PDF, sign and date it.
  11. The requested documents will need to be faxed to us along with the application.
  12. After our approval, business with us can begin.


All orders and other payments must be made in Japanese ¥ (Yen).
All other currencies will be refused.
After being registered as an Easyriders Dealer, we will provide you with a Dealer Price Sheet.  All prices and descriptions shown in the Dealer Price Sheet, our catalog and website are subject to change without notice.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  1. We only accept bank transfer or PayPal ® as payment methods.
  2. If you prefer to make payment by credit card, we suggest using PayPal ® Express Checkout.  Please check www.paypal.com/ for details.
  3. We will create and send you an invoice separately from the PayPal e-mail payments.
  4. PayPal payments will be charged a 4% transaction fee of your total bill amount.  (from August 1st, 2009)
  5. Bank charges must be paid by you for bank transfers.
  6. There is a ¥2,500 (JPY) bank fee on all overseas bank transfers that will be included in the invoice.
  7. Payment must be made within 5 business days after the invoice has been sent.
  8. If complete payment cannot be confirmed within the period, your order will be cancelled.
Unless you specify, Easyriders will select a forwarder that offers reasonable delivery times and cost.  If you have a preference, please specify the forwarder and other related information.   Shipping charges will be billed with your purchase before delivery.   If you choose “freight collect” for your shipment, please specify the forwarder and its account number in advance.  We will provide you with shipment weight and dimensions to determine shipping cost.   Our customers are responsible for customs charges, VAT, sales taxes, and all other costs associated with delivery of purchases or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).   We cannot inspect and bill your country duties before shipping.
Shipments will be sent by ocean freight, FOB Tokyo Japan.
  1. Send a quotation request of desired products by e-mail.
  2. Easyriders will reply with a quotation and item availability.
  3. Confirm our quotation, and then send us a formal order.
  4. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice.
  5. Confirm our invoice and make payment within 5 business days.
  6. When payment has been confirmed, the order will be shipped.
  1. As a general rule, Easyriders only accepts returns of defective merchandise.  As shipping charges, import duties, insurance and other fees can be very costly;  we suggest you be sure of product suitability before ordering.  If there are any questions as to whether a product is suitable to your needs, we would be happy to clarify it with you before you place the order.  In the case of defective parts or parts sent to you in error, they will be exchanged or refunded in full to include all shipping of such products and fees incurred.  Special Order parts or parts “sold as is” cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.  In the exception that Easyriders agrees to a return, the following conditions must be met.
  2. Easyriders must be notified of any returns within 30 days of the purchaser receiving such goods.
  3. Parts must be in new-condition.  We do not accept parts that show any signs of wear, scratches or having been installed.
  4. ALL returned parts must be packaged properly to ensure they are not damaged in return shipping.  Any parts that are damaged in return shipping will not be accepted by us so we suggest insuring the returned parts for their full value to protect yourself against loss.
  5. All returns must be sent pre-paid.  No collect shipments will be accepted.
  6. Our customers are responsible for all returned costs of shipping, custom charges, etc.
We now have our catalog in both English and Japanese which can be sent to you if you are willing to pay shipping fees and required taxes.  Inquire by e-mail.
Some products are for race purposes only or ornament use.  Do not use these products on public roadways.  It is your responsibility to insure the suitability of our parts to your application and their correct installment.  We are unable to confirm if our products comply with local regulations in your region.  Our silencers and exhaust pipes may not pass your local emissions & noise control laws.  Our helmets are not certified for street use.  They are for off-road use only.  Some lighting parts are not DOT or TÜV approved.
